Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is set to shake up its Rome and Milan management with the introduction of an all-Italian line-up. In September, Milan-based capital markets partner Bruno Castellini will replace Mario Ortu as co-office managing partner, while in Rome Raffaele Lener, a financial services partner, will become office administrator, taking over from partner Fabrizio Arossa, who will retain his positions on the partnership council and the partnership recommendation committee. Lener is then expected to become Rome co-office managing partner next year when Philip Richards returns to the UK.
