French employment firm Fromont Briens has picked up an experienced professional training lawyer to set up a team dedicated to the field.
Sabrina Dougados joins Fromont Briens as a partner from the Centre de Formation de la Profession Bancaire (Banking Professional Training Centre), where she was general counsel.
The team will be run by Dougados and Fromont Briens partner Sophie Pélicier-Loevenbruck. The department will provide advice to companies, financial servies institutions and other professional organisations as well as training services providers to help set up, structure and finance training programmes, including advising on regulatory matters.
Pélicier-Loevenbruck said the establishment of the department was in line with the firm’s strategy of providing comprehensive labour law advice.
Meanwhile, the firm has also announced the promotion of Zora Villalard, Guillaume Desmoulin and Maud Perilli to partner. Perilli is based in the firm’s Lyon office while Villalard and Desmoulin are in Fromont Brien’s Paris base.
