France's Cotty Vivant boosts partnership with double promotion

Roman Chiss and Franck Le Mentec will both be partners in Cotty Vivant’s Paris office. The firm also has a presence in Tokyo, Singapore and Dubai.

Chiss is an employment lawyer and will lead the team of 10 lawyers. He specialises in advising companies on labour law and also has experience in collective litigation and maritime employment issues.

Le Mentec joined Cotty Vivant in 2008 to develop the firm’s tax law capability and focuses on contentious and non-contentious areas of tax.

In total Cotty Vivant has 45 lawyers across its offices.
