Leeds-based Fox Hayes has broken through the £10m turnover barrier for the first time, posting a 23.5 per cent increase in turnover of around £2m to reach £10.5m.
The firm claims to have grown by around 800 per cent over the past eight years and, on average, to have hired a new member of staff every week for the past 36 months.
One notable recent hire was that of Jon Hairsine, an IT specialist previously at DLA Piper and EDS, who was appointed as Fox Hayes's first chief operating officer last November.
His appointment, along with an office relocation in March 2006 to purpose-built offices, are clear signals of the firm's aim of becoming a significant player in the region.
Fox Hayes is primarily property-based, with real estate accounting for just less than 50 per cent of total turnover.
