Forsters launches employment practice

Mayfair firm Forsters is kick-starting an employment practice with the hire of a senior in-house lawyer from brokerage firm Icap.

Sarah Rushton joins Forsters to provide employment advice to business and private clients. At Icap she handled all aspects of employment law for both the UK and overseas.

Rushton will work with many of the firm’s smaller corporate clients who lack in-house human resources departments.

Forsters' senior partner Sophie Hamilton said Rushton’s hire strengthens the firm’s "comprehensive service" offered to clients.
