Forsters has advised holiday village operator Center Parcs on its successful appeal to build a new holiday village near Woburn, Bedfordshire.
Initially Mid-Bedfordshire District Council refused permission for the village, which is to be built on a site comprising 365 acres of green-belt land.
A four-week public inquiry was held in March and the decision from Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government Hazel Blears was announced at the beginning of September. Forsters planning partner Michael Cunliffe led the team acting on the deal, assisted by senior associate Tim Taylor.
