  • Kurdistan is not even a country. Which part is being referred to here? the Kurdistan region of Iraq? If so does the law in fact have any legal grounding in Iraq?

    Also does the Kurdistan Bar Association make any distinction between practice of Iraqi law or practice of foreign law with that region? More details would be helpful since only quarter of an article at present...
