Foil wraps up first chief exec appointment

The role will be a permanent position, allowing Besemer - a former ­general manager at transport operator FirstGroup - to focus on a long-term strategy of bringing the insurance industry closer to its legal suppliers. He will use his new role to find ways to boost membership by focusing on insurance disputes it has not ­previously been associated with. Besemer commented: “Going forward I will be looking for ways for Foil to increase its scope and influence towards all insurance lawyers.”
