Pinsent Curtis represented Royal Bank Development Capital (RBDC) on its £54m investment in the £92m management offer for Wyko Group. The Bank of Scotland and Royal Bank of Scotland, which formed a syndicate to provide senior debt and working capital for the deal, were represented by Dibb Lupton Alsop.
