Flag is a long-term client of Gibson Dunn and Ball stepped in for up to six months. He continued to put in one day a week at Gibson Dunn's London office and has now returned to the firm full time.

Andrew Bande, chairman and chief executive officer of Flag, said: “He brings to our company a great deal of legal and international experience and his counsel will be invaluable as we roll out our strategy to grow our global network.”
