Fladgate Fielder is suing client Andrew McLeod-Ross for more than £100,000 in a dispute over allegedly unpaid fees. In an action brought by head of litigation Simon Jeremy Ekins, the firm is also suing Edward Benyon after he stood as guarantor for McLeod-Ross's fees. McLeod-Ross owed a total of £83,492.45 for work after being sent seven invoices for professional services, and according to the claim Benyon entered into three deeds of guarantee in November 2002 and January 2003.
