Fladgate litigator adds to Kobre’s Brit pack

Fladgate litigator Simon Cullingworth has joined the London office of US trial lawyers Kobre & Kim.

The move comes shortly after the firm brought in Serle Court silk James Corbett QC. Both hires are part of the firm’s plans to have five English-qualified lawyers working in London by the autumn.

Cullingworth will work alongside US-qualified partner Michael Kim, who splits his time between London and New York, and partner Robert Henoch.

Cullingworth specialises in litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as international arbitration and litigation matters.

He works on litigation for foreign companies based in the UK, particularly in the banking, securities, commodities and futures sectors, as well as undertaking internal investigations for corporates.

Kobre opened its London office last summer.
