Fladgate Fielder continued its strategy of expanding its partnership primarily via lateral hires during 2006-07, with three laterals compared with one promotion. The firm’s increased focus on corporate over the past few years is reflected in its new partners for calendar year 2006. The sole partner promotion was into corporate, while two of its three laterals were also into that practice group. Property, however, remains the bedrock of Fladgate’s practice, despite the loss of two property partners last year including Adrian Leavey, who joined Trowers & Hamlins last July.
