Walker Morris's IP head set to discuss risk management at outsourcing conference
At the Global Outsourcing Litigation Conference and Exhibition, Patrick Cantrill, head of intellectual property (IP) at Walker Morris, will present on ‘Risk Management Strategies in the IP World’.
Cantrill has worked for more than 25 years in IP law in East Asia and the UK, and is recognised as a leader in his field. His presentation at the event, which is set to take place on 12–13 March 2013 at the Law Society in London, will feature on 13 March from 1130–1230.
The Global Outsourcing Litigation Conference and Exhibition seeks to educate and connect in-house attorneys, law firm partners, legal/IP outsourcing service providers, solo practitioners, government and other affiliated organisations in the legal industry.
It focuses on recent changes to outsourced/offshored litigation services, outsourcing rules and regulations, models and methods of sourcing the services overseas, ethical practices, relevant laws and statutes, risk management aspects, privacy and security issues, and quality concerns.
