Walker Morris expands its team of registered trademark attorneys
Walker Morris has appointed another registered UK and European trademark attorney, bringing the total number to four.
Rachel Hearson has joined the firm’s trademarks and designs department from Urquhart Dykes & Lord to advise clients on a range of trademark, design, copyright and domain-name issues, from searching and brand selection to the prosecution of trademark applications and opposition proceedings.
She also has experience in the management of domain-name actions before Nominet and ICANN (WIPO).
