Song Zhu from Hogan Lovells named in Daily Top Intellectual Property Lawyers list
Hogan Lovells has announced that San Francisco partner Song Zhu has been named in this year’s Daily Top Intellectual Property Lawyers list.
Zhu, a member of the Intellectual Property practice, was commended for his representation of clients in intellectual property litigation, procurement, opinion, and due diligence in the US and worldwide.
He was recognised in particular for his role in successfully representing client Ashland Inc, a manufacturer of chemical specialty and performance products, in a landmark patent infringement and trade secret lawsuit Ashland filed in China.
The case resulted in Chinese patent law and the client’s eventual recovery was one of the largest ever by a foreign company in China.
