Shoosmiths appoints Bukola Aremu as head of its housing management litigation team
Shoosmiths has appointed Bukola Aremu as head of its housing management litigation team, which advises social landlords and local authorities.
Aremu has more than 10 years’ housing management litigation experience and will provide legal advice to registered provider clients on matters including anti-social behaviour, possession claims and service disputes.
Joining from Wragge & Co, she will also advise on non-contentious housing management issues and has experience defending claims brought by tenants under Human Rights Act 1988 public law defences.
