Shoosmiths’ real-estate specialists have advised on the multi-million-pound sale and leaseback of a client’s multi-let freehold office building.
The law firm completed the sale for Novell UK, an Attachmate Group company.
Associate Simon Shoefield led the real-estate team, which included solicitor Georgina Watt and which provided employment advice through solicitor Jennifer Featherstone.
The team had just 10 working days to complete the sale of 1 Arlington Square, Bracknell, to Threadneedle.
