Olswang announces sponsorship of Listing in London Forum

Olswang is set to sponsor the ‘Listing in London Forum’, which will be co-hosted with the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks and STARS Foundation and will take place on 21 May 2013.

The event, which is supported by the London Stock Exchange and UK Trade and Investment, will provide an update on the AIM, Premium and Standard Listings Market and discuss the practical steps for companies to successfully raise capital.

The forum will look at some of the successful listings from last year, providing an opportunity for companies in Hong Kong and Asia to understand why their peers are choosing to list in the British capital.

Olswang partners Azlinda Ariffin-Boromand and Andrew Stott will speak at the event, and share the firm’s sector-focused knowledge.
