Mourant Ozannes expands its Guernsey corporate practice
Mourant Ozannes has announced that Barney Lee will be joining the offshore law firm as a partner in its Guernsey corporate practice.
Lee is currently a group partner and head of the corporate and commercial practice at Appleby in Guernsey.
Before joining Appleby, he spent five years in the Guernsey office of Mourant Ozannes.
Lee specialises in investment funds, finance and general corporate work.
