KWM advises Morgan Stanley and Evans & Partners on Tox Free Solutions' capital raising
King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised Morgan Stanley acting as sole financial adviser, sole underwriter and joint lead manager and Evans & Partners as the joint lead manager on Tox Free Solutions’ recently announced $43m (£28m) capital raising.
The funds will be raised through a fully underwritten institutional placement and Tox Free Solutions intends to use the capital to partially fund the acquisition of the assets of Wanless Enviro Services and certain related entities for $85m and for growth and general working capital purposes.
The KWM team consisted of partner David Eliakim and senior associate Clifford Sandler.
