King & Wood Mallesons wins CSR Firm of the Year award at 2013 ALB event
King & Wood Mallesons has been named CSR Firm of the Year for the fifth consecutive year at the 2013 ALB awards. The law firm also won four Deal of the Year accolades.
The CSR Firm of the Year award acknowledges the firm’s efforts in assisting clients drive their sustainability initiatives over the past 12 months.
King & Wood Mallesons was also recognised for its role on significant deals in 2012, including Australian Deal of the Year (Nine Entertainment Group restructure); New Zealand Deal of the Year (Fonterra Capital Restructure (Trading Among Farmers (restructuring); Restructuring and Insolvency Deal of the Year (Nine Entertainment Group Restructure); and Equity Market Deal of the Year (Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund IPO).
