King & Wood Mallesons expands Sydney and Perth teams
King & Wood Mallesons has promoted four lawyers in Sydney and Perth.
The new partners have been selected for their excellent performance and demonstrated commitment to their clients and the firm.
The partners are Nathan Collins (banking and finance) and Katherine Vines (real estate, construction and environment) in Perth and Claire Rogers (banking and finance) and Paul Schroder (mergers and acquisitions) in Sydney.
Shoosmiths has also announced the lateral appointment of partner Tim Sherman, who will join the firm’s tax group in Sydney. All appointments are effective from 1 July.
