The LCIA — established in 1892 — is described as a leading international institution for commercial dispute resolution. The LCIA has a prestigious reputation in the field of arbitration and mediation.
Ariel Ye has more than 25 years of practice experience in commercial dispute resolution. She is a recognised expert in People’s Republic of China-related dispute resolution in the Asia-Pacific region.
She specialises in helping domestic and international clients resolve large and complex commercial disputes, particularly those involving international arbitration.
