King & Wood Mallesons advises Modern Land (China) on Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing
King & Wood Mallesons recently advised Modern Land (China) on its successful listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Modern Land — a Beijing-based real-estate developer specialising in the development of high-tech residential products — issued 400 million shares, including 360 million shares of global offering and 40 million shares of public offering in Hong Kong at HKD1.49 (13p) per share, raising approximately HKD545m.
King & Wood Mallesons served as the sponsor and underwriter’s PRC legal counsel. The project was led by partner Zhang Yi.
