King & Wood Mallesons acts for GE Capital on acquisition of Allianz Australia's loan book
King & Wood Mallesons has acted for GE Capital Australia in relation to its proposed acquisition of the $400m debtor finance loan book and related assets of Allianz Finance.
M&A partner Peter Stirling led the team with support from Chris Dynon, Amrutha Ram Mohan and Stuart Courtney.
When completed, the acquisition will deliver greater scale and geographic diversity to GE Capital’s asset-backed lending portfolio.
