Hogan Lovells advises Valneva on €40m capital increase
Hogan Lovells has advised Valneva — a fully integrated European biotech company created in 2013 through the merger of Vivalis and Intercell — on a fully underwritten €40m capital increase with preferential subscription rights.
The law firm previously advised Vivalis in relation to its merger with Intercell.
The team in charge of the deal was made up of Jean-Marc Franceschi, Paris corporate partner, assisted by Thomas Saint-Loubert-Bié, Virginie Aïdan (tax), and John Basnage (international aspects), London corporate partner, assisted by Jaime Huertas.
