Hogan Lovells advises UK-based Arieso on sale to US company JDSU in deal worth $85m
Hogan Lovells has advised UK-based Arieso Limited, a company specialising in location-aware software that enables mobile network operators to boost 2G, 3G and 4G/LTE network performance, on its sale to US public company JDSU for $85m.
The transaction will allow the integration of Arieso’s products into JDSU’s complementary mobile network solutions.
The Hogan Lovells corporate team comprised Jeff Hurlburt, co-head of the firm’s private equity and venture capital practice, London partner Sarah Atkinson, and associates Roderick Lai, Alex McPherson, and Sarah Symons, with support from colleagues in various other specialty disciplines.
