Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has announced partner promotions in London and Munich – two of its fourteen offices. From 1 May 2013, this will bring the total number of partners in the firm up to 126.
The partnership round is the smallest in recent years, which saw WFW make up nine new partners in 2012 (30 April 2012), and six in 2011.
In a statement, managing partner Michael Greville comments: “I am delighted to welcome these four highly talented lawyers to the WFW partnership. They have all proved themselves extremely capable and will be an asset to our business.”
The announcement sees two female asset finance lawyers, Jahnavi Ramachandran and Kavita Shah, promoted in London, alongside two members of the firm’s corporate team in Munich, Daniel Marhewka and Ahmad Khonsari.
In January 2013 WFW announced the opening of its third German office in Frankfurt, kickstarted with the hire of a regulatory team from Salans (14 December 2012).
