DLA Piper advises former owners of Kuhnke on sale of shares to Kendrion
DLA Piper has advised the former owners of German plant and machinery manufacturer Kuhnke on the sale of all shares in Kuhnke to Kendrion, a Dutch provider of electromagnetic systems and components.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Kendrion acquired common shares and preference shares of Kuhnke. As return for common shares, stockholders of Kuhnke also acquired shares in Kendrion.
The team from DLA Piper under the lead of partner Dr Christoph Papenheim (corporate, Frankfurt) included partners Martin Heinsius (tax, Frankfurt) and Richard Fens (corporate, Amsterdam), as well as counsel Sven-Oliver Friedrich (corporate, Frankfurt) and senior associate Aston Goad (corporate, Amsterdam).
