Conyers Dill & Pearman advises Bacardi on €650m notes offering
Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Bermuda company Bacardi Ltd on the offering of €650m principal amount of its 2.75 per cent notes due 2023, which completed on 3 July 2013.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Bacardi-Martini BV, Bacardi Corp and Bacardi USA Inc.
The Conyers team comprised Graham Collis and Jason Piney, working alongside Cravath Swaine & Moore.
Davis Polk & Wardwell advised the initial notes purchasers, represented by Banco Santander SA, Lloyds TSB Bank plc, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International plc and Société Générale.
