Conyers advises Kosmos Energy in connection with a revolving credit facility agreement
Conyers Dill & Pearman has advised Kosmos Energy Ltd in connection with a $150m multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement entered into on 3 July 2013 among Kosmos Energy Credit International — a subsidiary of Kosmos Energy Ltd — as the borrower, Kosmos Energy Ltd as guarantor, and Societe Generale — London branch as original lender, facility agent, security agent and account bank.
