Appleby expands Cayman funds and investment services team
Appleby has announced an appointment and a promotion within its funds and investment services team. Jonathan Bernstein joins the law firm from Ogier (Cayman) while Andrew Harding is transferring from Appleby’s Isle of Man office.
Bernstein is a senior associate at Appleby and has more than five years of Cayman Islands legal experience. He specialises in the formation, restructuring and termination of all types of Cayman Islands investment funds. His clients include major US-based investment managers and several of the largest asset managers in Latin America.
Harding is an associate at Appleby. He joins the Cayman funds and investment services team from the law firm’s Isle of Man office, where he has been advising on funds and investment services for more than eight years.
