Appleby advises China Aluminum Cans Holdings on stock exchange listing
Appleby has acted as Cayman Islands counsel for China Aluminum Cans Holdings Ltd in relation to its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 12 July 2013, with proceeds of approximately HK$100m.
Net proceeds from the offering will mainly be used for the expansion of production capacity and for the establishment of a research and development laboratory.
