Appleby acts as Cayman Islands and BVI counsel for Telecom Service One Holdings
Appleby has acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands counsel for Telecom Service One Holdings Ltd in relation to its listing on the Growth Enterprise Market of the HKSE by way of placing, which is expected to raise approximately $5m.
A majority of the proceeds from the placing will be used for growth and development of its personal electronic products repair and refurbishment business, and its sale of accessories business. The directors of Telecom Service One Holdings Ltd believe that the listing will enhance the group’s profile and recognition.
The Appleby team was led by Judy Lee, a corporate partner in Appleby’s Hong Kong office, assisted by associate Jo Lit.
