Addleshaw Goddard advises OWL on all recent occupancies at Omega North development
Addleshaw Goddard’s real-estate team in Manchester has advised Omega Warrington Ltd (OWL) on all recent occupancies at the Omega North scheme.
The team comprised real-estate partners Nathan Jansen and Mark Haywood, who acted for OWL to secure three major anchors — builders’ merchant Travis Perkins, food group Brakes and consumer delivery specialist Hermes — and key funding for the £1bn mixed-use development in Warrington.

The firm’s revenue fell 7 per cent from £173.1m to £161.9m between 2008/09 and 2010/11 and despite finances looking up in 2011/12, when Addleshaws reported a 30 per cent increase in net profit, it has shown no notable compound growth in turnover since 2007/08.
