    By definition, transparency has no light. Idiots!
    So this is the way it's to be is it? Lawyers have to disclose referral fees but not ABS's. Whatever happened to the level playing field?
    "... income streams derived from the referral fee payments held keep insurance premiums down." Yes, I'll bet they do. But why should an insurance company to whom I've paid £500 in premiums have the right to sell MY claim for £800?
    If it's my claim it's my right to sell it, and that £800 should be offset against my premium so that I end up with a refund of £300.
