Wragge & Co promotes two housing, development and regeneration directors
Wragge & Co has promoted two of its housing, development and regeneration (HDR) team’s directors, Ed Colreavy and Jacqueline Knox. These promotions take the total number of partners in the team to eight and are effective from 1 May.
Colreavy qualified as a trainee 13 years ago and has since then continued to win new work in a challenging economic environment. With particular expertise in residential development and the retirement housing market, Colreavy is respected for his ability and drive to nurture and develop new client relationships.
Knox joined the firm in 2004 with more than 10 years’ experience in the private and public sectors and is known in the market as an expert in social housing as a result of her extensive knowledge of the sector and the organisations that work within it. She leads the cross-firm team, which provides a full-service offering to registered providers of social housing and other housing organisations.
