Wragge & Co advises Huhtamäki Oyj on £16m acquisition of BCP Fluted Packaging
Wragge & Co’s corporate team has advised Huhtamäki Oyj on the acquisition of UK-based BCP Fluted Packaging Ltd in a deal worth £16m.
Huhtamäki is a manufacturer of consumer and specialty packaging. BCP specialises in corrugated packaging for the food service, confectionery and cosmetics markets.
Julian Henwood, partner in Wragge & Co’s corporate team and head of the law firm’s Nordic desk, led on the deal. He was principally assisted by corporate associate Amar Adatia.
