Winckworth Sherwood partner Lynds-Xavier talks to Inside Housing about hoarding cases
Nikki Lynds-Xavier, partner in Winckworth Sherwood’s housing management team, has been quoted in an article in Inside Housing, looking at the increase in the number of hoarding cases brought to court and how this is likely to lead to a rise in landlords’ costs.
In the article, it is reported that during the past six months Winckworth Sherwood has seen an increase from one or two cases per year to one per month.
