Winckworth Sherwood expands its corporate and commercial team
Winckworth Sherwood has strengthened its corporate and commercial team with the appointment of a partner and an associate.
Partner John Hiscock joined the firm’s corporate and commercial team on 3 June from Davenport Lyons. He was previously a partner at Addleshaw Goddard.
Hiscock brings experience and expertise in private equity, venture capital, funds and real-estate finance transactions.
John Parpounas-Matossian, an experienced solicitor, will join Winckworth Sherwood on 1 July, having previously worked at Watson, Farley & Williams and Clifford Chance.
He has a strong track record in advising on international mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, private equity and corporate group reorganisations.
