Winckworth Sherwood appoints Nikki Lynds-Xavier as housing management team partner
Winckworth Sherwood has appointed Nikki Lynds-Xavier as partner in its housing management team. She brings more than 17 years’ experience in social housing management, litigation and regulation.
Previously she built and led the social housing team at Clarke Willmott and developed the social housing and local authority client base at Coffin Mew.
Lynds-Xavier advises on all forms of tenancy agreements, licences, leases, policies, strategies and notices. She also has a strong contentious practice, conducting litigation and undertaking advocacy around anti-social behaviour, nuisance, injunctions, possession acts, judicial review, trespass, service charge disputes and breaches of contract.
She also has considerable experience outside of the law, having worked for Sir Gerry Robinson as an investment adviser and establishing her own company Xavier Athletica, a premium British sportswear brand for men.
She also sits on the board of Two Saints, a social housing provider operating across the Thames Valley and South Coast.
