Winckworth Sherwood appointed lead law firm on sale of Olympic Village homes
Property law firm Winckworth Sherwood has been appointed by Triathlon Homes as its lead law firm to manage the sale of new homes at East Village, the site of the former athletes’ village on the Olympic Park.
The sale of homes will be delivered over a 12-month period, with the first phase comprising just over 80 units, which are for shared ownership.
The first completions on this phase are expected to take place in early September.
