Wildgen signs Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg
Wildgen has signed the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg, confirming its commitment to fight all forms of discrimination through action plans and initiatives in favour of equal opportunities and diversity.
With 16 nationalities and a strong diversity management policy, Wildgen encourages the acknowledgement and valuing of individual skills and wanted to formalise this approach.
Through the signature of the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg, Wildgen officially commits to promote diversity by concrete actions and as a source of enrichment, innovation, progress and social cohesion.
