Wildgen hires junior associate Martin Scholter
Wildgen has annouced that it has hired junior associate Martin Scholter, who specialises in banking and finance law and capital markets.
Prior to joining Wildgen, Scholter worked for two years as a junior associate in the capital markets and banking department of another law firm in Luxembourg. He has experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, memoranda and legal opinions in English, German and French.
Previously, he has completed internships in several law firms in France, Germany and England, where he was in charge of the drafting of conclusions in intellectual property and of legal opinions in commercial law and civil proceedings.
