Wierzbowski Eversheds announces new appointment and promotions

In January 2014, Elżbieta Solska and Stanisław Żemojtel became senior associates at Wierzbowski Eversheds, while Radosław Cebeliński joined the law firm’s litigation team.

Attorney-at-law Solska represents Polish and foreign companies in matters involving civil law, construction law and telecommunications law. She specialises in white-collar criminal matters as well as civil and criminal liability for work-related accidents.

Attorney-at-law Żemojtel is experienced in telecommunications, construction and infrastructure matters. He represents clients before courts of all instances as well as the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection. He also participates in international arbitration proceedings, cross-border litigation and bankruptcy proceedings and class-action lawsuits.

Attorney-at-law Cebeliński specialises in civil proceedings, particularly before the Supreme Court of Poland. He has experience in property law, contract law and commercial law. In 2009–13, he worked at the Supreme Court as an assistant to a judge in the Civil Chamber.
