Before Ogier, Ray practiced at Harney Westwood & Riegels for several years where he was a partner. During that time Ray had been the Head of both the Corporate Department and the Banking Department in the BVI, and had opened its Hong Kong office. Ray previously worked for Ogier in Jersey and prior to that DLA Piper in England.
Ray is recognised as a leading individual for corporate & finance in Chambers Global, a leading financial & corporate lawyer in IFLR 1000, a leading commercial lawyer in Legal 500 and a leading finance and restructuring lawyer in PLC.
Ray is a member of the Company Law Review Advisory Committee (a statutory body) and the Economic Advisory Council.
