Wayne Nash joins Shoosmiths' Manchester real-estate litigation team
Shoosmiths has hired a new partner to head its Manchester property litigation team.
Wayne Nash advises private and public sector clients on real-estate litigation matters, including enforcement action against defaulting tenants, retail administrations, strategic portfolio management and dilapidations claims.
He also has experience in real estate, corporate restructuring and debt.
Nash joins from Pannone, where he was a senior associate.
