Walker Morris makes five appointments to its real-estate group in two months
Walker Morris has made its fifth new appointment to its real-estate group in two months by hiring James Lawson, Andrew Brockett, Will Cousins, Emma Collins and James Bradbury.
Director Lawson joins from Clarion Solicitors where he was a partner for five years, having established himself as a leading specialist in residential development.
Other recent appointments include associates Brockett and Cousins who join from Bird & Bird and Nabarro in London. Both have experience in all aspects of commercial real-estate work including sales and purchases, development projects, refinancing deals and general landlord and tenant transactions.
Collins and Bradbury also join the team as newly qualified solicitors, having trained with the firm.
