Walker Morris hires Stuart Counsell as its first non-executive board director
Walker Morris has appointed former Deloitte managing partner Stuart Counsell as its first non-executive board director.
Counsell spent more than 30 years at Deloitte, during which time he held a variety of senior management positions, including managing partner of the 17 UK regional offices and latterly managing partner of finance and legal.
During his tenure as Deloitte’s managing partner of finance and legal, he was responsible for the financial and legal aspects of a £2bn professional services business. He was also involved in the firm’s continuous systems improvement and acquisition programmes.
